Linux 3.0 has been released by the founder of Linux, Linus Torvalds via a google account + hers. In the latest operating system that can be used for free, there are some differences compared to previous versions.

The first striking difference is the numbering system of the linux kernel, which is the core of the open source operating system GNU / Linux. If the previous version uses three numbers, they are currently only using two numbers only. Instead of using the name of Linux 2.6.40, Torvalds prefers figure 3.0.
